EVE MUNDOK
Personal Trainer & Bootcamp Attack Instructor
Eve Mundok is a student at the University of Tampa pursuing a degree in Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor with over three years of coaching experience, she is passionate about helping individuals build strength, improve fitness, and gain confidence through exercise.
This summer, Eve is serving as an intern with SoDel Well, where she continues to expand her knowledge and hands-on experience in health, fitness, and wellness coaching. Through her work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels, she has developed a coaching approach that emphasizes individualized programming, proper movement mechanics, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
As a member of the Tampa Spartans Women's Rowing team and an avid half marathon and marathon runner, Eve understands the value of consistency, resilience, and hard work. Her experience in both endurance sports and strength training allows her to effectively support clients seeking improved athletic performance, general fitness, weight management, or overall health and well-being.
Eve is dedicated to creating a welcoming and empowering environment where every client feels capable of achieving their goals. She believes that fitness is about more than physical transformation—it is an opportunity to build confidence, develop mental resilience, and experience personal growth.
