She has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings — one in Rehoboth Beach with The Grateful Yoga and one in Costa Rica with Arrow Yoga.

Michelle teaches Krama-style vinyasa flow, a thoughtfully layered “ladder” sequence that builds with each round, inviting students to move with intention and awareness. She also loves guiding restore and beginner classes, creating a space that feels grounding, accessible, and rejuvenating.

With past experience working in the restaurant industry, Michelle deeply respects the culture and is excited to teach with SoDel Well, supporting the industry by offering a healthy, mindful outlet for connection and self-care.

MADELINE HASLAM, Yoga Instructor

Madeline brings a calm yet energizing presence to every class she leads. Teaching since 2023, she is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and mat Pilates teacher who believes that mindful movement is one of the most powerful ways to cultivate strength, balance, and self-awareness. Her teaching style combines thoughtful sequencing, intentional breathwork, and gentle encouragement, allowing students to explore their physical and mental edges with confidence and ease.

Madeline’s classes are designed to meet students where they are—whether that means building strength, improving mobility, or simply creating time to reconnect with themselves. She emphasizes alignment, body awareness, and the importance of moving with purpose, helping each participant find empowerment through mindful movement.

Off the mat, Madeline is a data analyst and master’s student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She’s an avid runner, lover of nature, and lifelong learner. When she’s not working, running, or studying, you can find her reading cozy mysteries or soaking in inspiration from the world around her.
