Information we collect and why

When you contact us or request a visit, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, message and preferred class or visit time. We use them to answer your inquiry, arrange visits, provide services and follow up about your request. Lisa, Hans or another authorized team member may contact you by phone or email. Providing contact details is not consent to unrelated automated marketing messages.

Our website provider, Squarespace, processes technical information such as IP address, browser/device details and pages visited to deliver, secure and operate the site. Optional analytics help us understand website use when you allow those cookies.

Cookies and Meta advertising

Necessary cookies support website operation and remember your cookie choices. Optional cookies support analytics and advertising. Use Accept all, Decline all or Manage cookies on the banner. You can revisit Cookie Preferences at any time to change your choice. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from contacting us or browsing the website.

With your permission, the Meta pixel sends website activity and technical identifiers, such as the page visited, IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers, to Meta. Meta may associate this activity with your Facebook or Instagram account to measure advertising and personalize ads. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can also manage advertising preferences in your Meta account. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking through this site; it does not erase information already received by a provider.

We do not intentionally send inquiry messages, medical information, health history or fitness assessments to Meta through the pixel. Please do not include sensitive health information in website or social-media inquiry forms. Share information needed for safe participation directly with the trainer through the appropriate intake process.

Booking, membership and payments

We use Wodify for booking, client records, memberships and payment workflows. When you follow a Wodify booking or checkout link, that service has its own privacy and cookie controls. Our website cookie choice does not automatically apply to a separate Wodify website. Review the notice presented by Wodify before providing information there. Payment details are handled through the checkout provider.

Who receives information

Authorized SoDel Well team members and service providers receive information needed to respond to inquiries and operate the business. Providers include Squarespace for the website, Wodify for gym operations, and Meta for social inquiries and consented advertising measurement. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Advertising disclosures may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws; you can decline optional advertising cookies.

Your choices and requests

Email hans@sodelconcepts.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing follow-up. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You can ask us to review a decision about your request using the same address.

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, records, security and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type; contact us with questions about a particular record. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.

Our online inquiry forms are intended for adults. A parent or guardian should contact the gym directly about participation by a minor. We may update this notice when our practices change and will show the updated date on this page.
